Guest Artist: Angela Maestas

MUSIC AND PERFORMANCE Workshop 

Improve your performance skills! Work on stage presence, projection and the use of your voice as an instrument. 

Bring a song (original or cover), theater piece or poem you would like to work on and be ready to perform (or at least strongly consider it). You can work individually or with others. 

Angela Maestas has a Minor in Theater from Cornish college of the arts, and has performed musical theater and theater pieces at The Group, Langston Hughes, Civic light Opera, as well as other independent Seattle community theaters.

She also has training in classical ballet, tap, jazz and traditional Mexican folkloric dance. She is currently a member of Mariachi Quinto Sol.

Her daughter Xochilt is a student at Center and will be assisting Angela.
