- Closing events
- Field day expensive/low attendance instead have Student Senate plan event, June 22 or 23; handout yearbooks
- Opening events
- Schedule changes for 2011/12 – no major changes being made for next year; no early Wed start; changes added 5 minutes to passing period and EOD.
- Need person to do one page on CSCA for Student Planner
- .8 Councilor opening; Secretary (opening), Science and Health teacher (new) Spec ED IA (new) Oksana Is open to having parent on committee, need to be trained.
- Senior celebration/presentations – 5/27
- New Parent orientation 6/8 and school film fest
- Reflect on CSCA’s goals/practices so they are aligned with TCS:
- ·As a first year parent Liz Clayton if by CSCA/PTA alignment if that has to do with aligning with the national standards and goals and indicators. Audrey’s opinion is that not a year for evaluation but transition. Margaret can look at guidelines but you have to respond with the moment. Paul – best practices need human bodies behind them.
