Dear Center School Family;

On behalf of the entire CSCA board, we welcome you to a new school year. We have a busy year ahead with community building events and fundraisers! Please make sure that you have signed up for The BLAST – the CSCA newsletter – so you are informed of all the happenings in and around The Center School (TCS).

To sign up for The BLAST, follow these three steps:

1.    See that box to the right reading, "BLAST Subscriptions"? 
2.    Enter your name, email address and click "Subscribe Here."
3.    Respond to the confirmation email that is sent immediately.
Congratulations, you are a BLAST subscriber!

Please find all the CSCA forms that we need each family to complete and return to the school by October 1, 2011.  All forms are available for download below and here: CSCA File Downloads 
  

1. 1.) CSCA Membership form 
2. Please consider joining the CSCA. $10 for an individual membership; $20 for a household membership.
4. 2.) Directory Information form  (NOTE: Deadline has Passed)
5. To be listed in the 2011/12 student directory, please complete this form. You may also use this form to "opt out" of the directory.  Or, you can save a tree by using the Online TCS Directory Form 2011-2012
7. 3.) CSCA Volunteer Opportunities and Volunteer Survey
8. We have many opportunities for parent to participate, please let us know how you would like to be involved by completing the volunteer survey.
10. 4.) TCS Enrichment Fee (formerly the Activity Fee). 
11. This fee supports staff in their arts enrichment curriculum as well as provides your student with some basic materials needed in the classroom. We have provided several payment options for your convenience. [note: The CSCA cannot accept online payments for the fee.]

You can mail the forms and payments back to the CSCA at the following address, or have your student drop off at the front desk.  All forms are due by October 1^st.
